When will I receive my order?
Our products are always shipped within 1-3 days after the order is placed on our web site, and you should expect to have your order at your doorstep in about one week on the average. Since our products are shipped from the west coast, orders from the west coast will arrive sooner than orders from the east coast.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! If you are in the Southern California area, we welcome pick ups at our warehouses in La Mirada and the City of Industry. After adding the desired heat press to your online shopping cart, simply proceed to checkout and choose the Will-Call option under shipping options. Within 24 hours of your purchase, a will-call slip will be emailed to you with directions to our warehouse. A $10 will-call fee applies to all pick up orders.

What is your return policy?
We accept all returns within 5 days after the item(s) are received as long as it is returned in new, resellable condition and has not been used. To return an item, please contact us for instructions on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from BikeBerryMotors.com cannot be refunded.

What is the warranty coverage on your bicycles?
All of our heat press machines come with a minimum warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, with many that carry even longer warranties. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.

Do I have to pay any customs fees for international shipments?
Yes, customs and duty fees are assessed by import officials at the destination country. You will receive a bill after delivery has been made from the respective import authorities. Customs fees vary by country so we cannot give you a quote on customs fees. In general, customs fees are about $40 per heat press. These fees do not apply to customers within the United States.

How many items do you have in stock?
We have an in stock rate of 100% of each item we showcase on this web site with an average in stock quantity of about 25 pieces for each sku! This ensures that all our customers receive exactly what they placed in their shopping cart.

Where is the warehouse that these products are shipped from?
Our warehouses are located in La Mirada, California and City of Industry, California. If you are in the Southern California area you may consider our Will-Call shipping option to save on shipping costs!

How often do you update your catalog?
To ensure that you, our valued customers, always have the latest heat presses and supplies to choose from, we update our catalog on a weekly basis. Often times we update our catalog daily!
